Kamya Sales uses background location only for legitimate workforce management purposes.

• Location tracking begins only after an employee performs Punch In.
• Location data is collected during active working hours to record travel routes and verify customer visits.
• Tracking stops immediately after Punch Out.
• If an employee forgets to Punch Out, background location tracking automatically stops at the end of the configured working hours.
• The application does not collect background location outside active work sessions.

The application uses the device camera to capture attendance selfies and other work-related images, such as proof of visits or required documentation.

Information may be shared only with:

• Your employer or organization using Kamya Sales.
• Authorized administrators and managers.
• Service providers assisting in operating the application.
• Government or legal authorities when required by applicable law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
